Pole dance evolution; I can’t wait to register me in a new studio in France.
I already prepare all the moves I’ll have to work and try.
I will have to Master: My basic invert, and inverted crucifix. But also to practiced again and again my Cradle spin ( I still don’t do it very well) and the Fan Kick ( I can’t do this very beginner move, I don’t know why).
The NEW moves I I will have to try (and I think I am ready for them) are : theTitanic pose, the wrist seatand the combo side spin to superman, (or the “superman spin”).
About the inversion i think I will soon (after feeling more confident) start to work the Geminiand the cross knee release( I can do the cross ankle release but not the cross knee… strange …)
And last but not least: flexibility and grace are my weak point I have to improve.
oiiiinn why why why my hair is so ugly: so thin, without any volume, dry and frizzy.
Really I try EVERYTHING: Expensive and branded shampoo and conditioner. I also try every kind of hair treatment: keratin, nutritive oil, intensive care and nutrition mask, homemade mask, pharmaceutical products.
I try to stop dry my hair, stop to used hair staightener…. Seriously I try every kind of treatment to make my hair better (even pills !).
But I think there won’t be any solutions, I am born this way, with bad quality hair and there is nothing I can do to make it look healthier and pretty. My hair never goes long. I sometimes cut the split end, but since I am 14 it never went more long than my shoulders. I also have no thickness and I don’t have volume at all.
I am very sad about that… that’s unfair … I am so envious with other girls with beautiful hair. Thank’s God hair extensions exist and help me to look the way I like. But this hair problem affects me so much. It may sound superficial or something… but my hair affect me more than my weight issues. It’s really a problem that affect my esteem and confidence… :(
It was some of the moves I did in Studio Verve in Sydney. The music is from the French band Air: Kelly Watch the Stars.
In this video: Beginner superman, Hollywood spin, Basic invert, front to back hook to reverse attitude, Angel spin to martini glass spin, layback, Fireman push up, Plank variation, Tinkerbell spin (fail), Reverse grab attitude legs, Chair Variation, Seat Variation.
