I keep going at class in Up Dance.  I continue the basic level, and succeed most of the things they ask me. Hook and fireman spins never create me problems so its quite easy. Yet Last week i learned what they name the “juliet spin” and this was impossible to me :( hang in only 1 arm, in a reverse way and hook when the knee. Well so i have to  focus on this “juliet spin”, im happy they finally gave me a more challenging exercice !

Bats are not creepy I find them so cute, but the problem with bats it’s that they can give you Rabies disease, many of them have the virus…

This is the first pole video i did with the up dance program. All moves here are basic start level of pole. I was very stress ahahah you guys have no idea how anxious i was ! And because of that i shit many stupid little moves. Well i still find the overall cute so ishare with you :) this is what you lear after 4 class at up dance studio in Rio de Janeiro.

I feel like I’ve been seeing Overnight Oats and Chia Pudding everywhere on blogs lately, and so I thought I’d do a combo of the 2! It’s a perfect warm weather breakfast. You simply combine Almond Breeze Almondmilk, rolled oats, chia seeds and mashed banana in a jar and refrigerate it overnight (or for about 6 hours). In the morning you have a creamy, vitamin packed, chilled porridge to eat with fruit. It’s also an easy on-the-go breakfast to take to the office! Just add fresh fruit to the jar and grab a spoon.

I have been getting so much gorgeous summer melon in my CSA farm box, that I served mine in a half of a cantaloupe. And because we have blackberries growing off the back deck, I topped mine with those, plus some pomegranate seeds. Feel free to get creative and add other items to the jar before chilling or when serving (chopped fruit, honey, cinnamon, nuts…).

Up dance studio is just so amazing.
I love the fact that every students have their own copy with the list of moves they have to complete.
I am doing the basic Level and even with some pole practiced for maybe a year, i did not knew half of the basic moves!
I also think my teacher is very attentive to me, and make me perfect each of my moves :)
Well it’s so good to be back to pole !!!
