Pole dance next challenges for Up dance studio (even if I will have to stop pole for 2 months, no class booked in august and september so i will probably gain 5 kg and lose all my muscles AGAIN hahahaah) But well let’s be positive so :
- The Crescent moon : I hope my back flexibility will allow me this move.
-The Invert V: Woo this moves will be problematic for me… first i don’t have enough abs for doing a decent V, also because of my lake of legs and hips flexibility i can’t open my legs at all …. so UGLY! but well in my studio some girls succeed their V after 2 class !!! So I have HOPE lol !
- The scorpio: (outside leg hang). From my Gemini go to scorpio is my goal.
- The archer my teacher in France want to make me try this moves before i’m going to Brazil ahahahahh scary ! She told me it’s more easy that it look like.
- Superman: I already did many superman from the ground, and succeed some from side spin. But my last attempt were unsuccessful so I have to work this move again.
